Welcome to 2moto!
Our purpose is to help you get the best from your motorcycle, whether it is for road use, track days, or racing. We have the in-house resources to assist in all areas of motorcycle tuning, building and preparation, our main areas of expertise are:
- Chassis Tuning:
- Suspension analysis and modifications, chassis geometry, and chassis alterations including one-off frames and frame components.
- Exhaust Design & Fabrication:
- Computer-aided design of 2 and 4-stroke exhaust systems for desired power and torque curves, fabrication of 2-stroke expansion chambers and silencers, fabrication of 4-stroke exhaust systems, use of mild steel, stainless steel, titanium & Inconel.
- Engine Transplants:
- We've delivered numerous projects of adapting frames to accept various engine. We've built numerous complete bikes or rolling chassis to exacting customer requirements.
- Carbon Fibre Components:
- We have the capabilities to execute the entire manufacturing process for one-off pre-preg carbon fibre components. Among the common structures we've built are complete air intake systems (ram-air), subframes, and radiator ducting.

Due to the ever increasing amount of work we're asked to undertake, we finally found new, larger workshops. Not to worry, though, we're only moving 5 miles! |

This is the perfect unit if you want to convert your cooling system to an electric pump, or need additional pumping capacity, or want to control your water temperature more accurately.
